    Newest setup, looking for comments

    Hi,

This is my new setup after taking suggestions from other members (thanks ) I got a long 20 gallon critter cage instead of the high 18x18x18 that I was using.
I'm going to move that thermostat when he goes over to the warm side...

    Here's the info:
-I got a Herpstat controlling my UTH.
-Probe under the substrate is at 92F and above the substrate is 89F for the hot side. (I had it warmer but he always left the warm side when the temps got to +92F so I adjusted.)
    - The cool side is 80- 82F. (a little cool but he seems to like it at that temperature)
    - I got a Tropicaire Air Humidifier & Exchanger and 30 gallon pump that keeps humidity at ~55%.
    - Aspen bedding.
    - 2 identical hides.
    - Large water dish.
    - All my humidity and heating gauges are digital.
    - Fake background covering 3 of the 4 sides.

    Is there anything I neglected?

    Thanks in advance.

    Thanks!

chetman7, how did you place the tubbing from the tropicaire into the tank?
I have it in the small gap the critter cage has but it squishes the tube. I thought of making a small hole on the mesh but then when I slide the top off the tube will go with it - a catch 22.

I cut open that gap to make it wider...it still squishes it alittle, but it stillgets the job done

Great job!!!! Love that your heating lamp is up off the lid..... A lot of people make the mistake of letting it touch! SOOOO dangerous. Lots of places to hide, your snake should love it!!!
