Egg pics: from Mom to Incubator

Here goes. I fired up the incubator and had it stabilized beforehand.

First, a very defensive Mommers with her eggs! Godiva was pretty irate that I wanted to take her eggs, at first.



Carefully removed Mom without disturbing eggers.

Eggs in box I use "Lock-Lock" rubbermaid-like boxes whose lids lock airtight. Available at JcPenney



Eggs all shelved in the...


..incubator.


Mom? She had been off feed for awhile. So right after removing the eggs, I switched her substrate, offered her a rat..and whomp!

Thanks I always worry when I see how "empty" the girls look after laying. But then again, imagining all of those big eggs inside a relatively small snake.. she's got to be more comfortable now
