    Helix Help

So called Rich at Reptile Basics about my helix. Woke up to this flashing

    HC 84 HI 110 LO 64

Rich said that I should turn it off for five mins then plug it back in. Did that, and it still does it.

So I called Helix directly, and get no answer. So Im kinda a sittin duck here.

Any help from anyone would be appreciated.

    Re: Helix Help

I don't remember my exact message but I've gotten the flashing before when the circuit at my house blew. It reset itself shortly after flashing a few times though. Is it still powering your flexwatt? I would use a backup until I know it was working properly again, sorry I couldn't be more help, good luck.

    Re: Helix Help

Thanx Peeps, I actually just talked to Jeff at Helix. I must have had a surge or something last night, it reset itself back to default factory settings.

Which I guess is better than just heating up to a million degrees. LOL
