More eggs!!

Hallo everybody,
I want to share some egg pictures with you.


These pictures were taken today.
So far five females have laid a total of 40 eggs, all fertile no slugs. *knock on wood* I hope it stays that way.





Clutch # 1 -Pinstripe to normal, 7 eggs laid 3/8/08.




clutch # 2 - Pinstripe to normal, 8 eggs laid 3/25/08.



Clutch # 3 - Bell line ghost to normal, 9 eggs laid 4/5/08



Clutch # 4 - Bell line ghost to normal, 6 eggs laid 4/10/08



clutch # 5 - Pastel to normal, 10 eggs laid 4/19/08

Got to love the 8 egg average per clutch. I hope that the remaining girls are as productive. I have another 12 gravid girls.

The secret is that I feed allot. 2800-3000g girls get a jumbo (300g) rat every week. The female that laid the 10 egg clutch was 1998 grams AFTER laying all those eggs.
She has eaten a med rat since.

Hi all,

I just got home from work and lo and behold, another clutch.
This one is form my best male pastel to an awesome normal. She produced 8 nice eggs. This puts me at 48 eggs YTD and keeps my clutch average at 8.

I'll post pictures tomorrow.
