Left overs from feeding day
Yesterday was feeding day and since we are trying to convert to rats we bought both mice and rat pups to feed. I bought enough mice to make sure everyone ate enough just in case they didn't eat the rat pups. Well, we had pretty good results with the rat pups so we had 3 mice left over. Since I stopped breeding mice I stored away all the 10 gallon tanks but grabbed one real quick to put the 3 mice in. Nothing fancy in their tank as we hoped to feed them off soon mainly just some bedding, water, and food. Poor things, this is how I found them this morning.

There is actually three mice in that tiny dish. lol So I figured I'd be nice and gave them some paper towels to make a proper bed to sleep in.
For being such pains as breeders mice can still be cute sometimes.

I know the feeling! I appreciate all of my animals and dote on them far too much.
