    First time ever using F/T

Well today I tried feeding Kingsley two f/t mice. He has always been fed live (even the breeder fed live) but that didn't seem to be a problem. He knew they were food right away and got them both. The only problem I noticed was his struggle to find the head when he tried to eat them. Both times I held the mouse by the nape of the neck and did the zombie dance, he would constrict them but then he would always try and eat them butt first. After about 10 minutes trying to eat it backwards he would switch it around and get it down. I realize a successful switch right out of the bag is rare, but will he learn to eat it the correct way like he did with live prey?

So long as he swallows them, I don't think it really matters. I'm pretty sure they use the direction the mouse's fur lays to determine which end to swallow first, and mine have gotten confused by dragging the mouse through their water dishes.
