    where are my eggs :(

Just posting about my egg drpression

though both my girls that have been locked up like 6 times each are in shed. One just finished the other day and the other is in shed.

I weighed Squez the other day and she was (normally about 1200-1400) 1600+ and she hasn't eaten in like 2 months . So I am hoping that it was either her PreOv shed or PostOv shed, and I should be seeing an ovulation here soon.

But any way I will keep yall informed. Meanwhile I will remain depresed that I don't have any eggs yet

If it's the pre-lay shed I believe you have roughly 30 more days....

Re: where are my eggs :(

Take this for what it's worth, as this is my first year breeding as well.

I believe I have one girl who's had her pre-lay shed, and since that shed, she's been coiled in a perfect coil on the warm side and hasn't budged. I'm counting 27 days from that shed to May 1. The other two also shed at the same time, but are not displaying the same behavior, so I don't believe it was their pre-lay sheds. They are, however both very "paunchy" so hopefully they'll gift me with their next shed being a pre-lay.

Watch your females, if they hug the warm side in a perfect coil, then start preparing. If they don't, it probably wasn't the pre-lay shed - keep pairing them (that's what I'm doing).

I'm sending you all good karma so your clutches (when they arrive) will be both bountiful and stacked in your favor.
