    Exclamation weight problem??

I was just wondering I have a blood thats about 6 months old maybe 7 and he weighs about 330 grams. Is this a normal weight for him? Granted I know that they are all different but I just want a general weight for a 7 month old blood. He looks kinda thin to me but I don't know and his back bone is very prominent.
He eats 2 mice a week sometimes a few days past a week. Lately i have been feeding him 3 rat fuzzies because I received my friends F/T that his snakes out grew. If you need pics I can try to get some hes in shed right now so I dont wanna bug him if i dont have to but if I must then I will,.

    Re: weight problem??

I'd say he's underfed. I'd get a fecal done for parasites though first.

My blood is a approximately a year and a half old to the best of my knowledge. And he's 7 pounds or 3200 grams. at a year old he was outgrowing a 41qt. Lillyorchid (allison) had him in it. And so that's what I did. But he was ready for something bigger.

He gets a medium rat once a week. Or 3, 60 gram small rats at this point. Eats every week. And not obese like a lot of bloods you see.

I'd check yours for parasites. And then start giving him 1 small rat a week. A prominent backbone is a sign of underfeeding and or parasites.

Best of luck to you! And I hope this helps.

    Hope this helps.
