Any of the smaller pythons - Irian jayas, male macklott's, or some of the larger colubrids - texas rat snake, beauty snakes, etc

Beardie. They're fine to keep in a taller tank like that, whereas you may have trouble with temps/humidity for snakes.

That being the case...a snake that doesn't need high humidity and is active would also be good, such as larger colubrids (as has been said already).

thanks for all the suggestions. I have been researching a bit and am wondering if a red tail Boa would make a good display snake? I know I will need bigger than a 55 but I am willing to get what it needs. so what do you think do BCI's make good displays.
