My boa started to get some ideas while I was typing and began stalking my hand, as he got closer he realized that my hand is not food He is very docile but at the same time very alert and used to scare me a lot when I first got him

Furio does the same thing. I hold him with my right and he ventures down and as soon as he sees my left hand typing he goes into kill mode. So I straighten his neck out and put my hand up to his face then he realizes it's just dad not food lol
