Talking Snake tree time again (DUW)

I've mostly been lurking around here due to work and tending a horse with a nasty cut (my poor boy), so I haven't had a chance to post much at all. All my little pythons are growing like weeds, and since today was the first really nice day this year I decided it was time for their first outdoor photo shoot with me.
I have a favorite tree on my land, and if I ever had to move I would find a way to take it with me. The light started to die, so I didn't get shots of everyone, the rest will get their chance tomorrow. If there's enough time, some of the corns will get a chance too, as it's supposed to rain monday and probably blow all the blooms off my tree.

    Female Pastel

    Male Pastel

    Normal Male

I think that's enough for now... But I did take heaps more. I don't think a BP can take a bad picture.

Wow, amazing set-up for pictures. How'd you get so lucky? Great shots and I'm loving the blue and black background behind the BPs and flowers. I bet if you took those photos at dusk and turned the flash off they'd come out jaw-dropping gorgeous. I'll look forward to tomorrows pictures!! I'm gonna have to find a way to get some shots like that. What kind of tree is that anyway?

    Great photos!!!!!!!!!!

P.S. - since I was asking about it in another thread, is there any chance that male "normal" is actually a harlequin? He's got the crazy dorsal stripe, a clean pattern on the sides, and some odd blending going on. That's what I've seen of harlequins so far. I'd have to see his stomach to know for sure I guess...

Thanks everyone for the lovely comments!

I love my tree... That was the first time I tried shooting at dusk. I kept the flash on, and just tried to stay in front of the last bits of light. I don't really try very hard, I just keep clicking until I get something I like. I also try to not get the window frames or porch chairs in the shots. Kinda ruins the 'out in the wild' effect. hehe

Mindibun, as far as I know he's just a normal with a really awesome stripe that made me buy him. He was purchased as a CH baby this year. I can take a belly shot tomorrow if you'd like.

Yeah, if you wouldn't mind doing a belly shot that'd be awesome. I can't seem to get an answer to "what is a harlequin" that makes me understand so I guess the more pictures I see the better. One of these days I'm hoping it'll click. And hey, if it turns out he's not a Harli then at least I'll know what DOESNT make a Harli. -lol-

Maybe someone with more experience will pop in and set things straight.

I did take the pictures you were asking about last night, but I haven't had a chance to upload them yet. I'll try to get it done before work today, but if not I'll get them done tonight.
