Good, secure tub for a 5-month old black milk?

I plan on getting a 5-month old male black milk soon. He's about 10". I was going to get a small tank, but was recommended to go with a small tub. Would this work well?

I don't know if it's secure enough, I know these guys are notorious escape artists. I like it though, because it's completely clear, which should make viewing/lighting easier.
I was also recommended the following tub:

This one should be more secure (though, still probably not secure enough), though it has an odd shape, and the top isn't clear, so I couldn't use overhead lighting. I definitely need some sort of lighting, because the little guy's gonna be kept in my room, which has very little natural lighting. Oh, and any tips on good lighting for a tub?
One of the problems is, I'm having trouble finding tubs in single quantities for sale online. Most are packs of 6 or 12. And shipping is a lot. Any places with good single prices, or good local stores I should check out?
The number one thing is that the tub is absolutely secure, as the only condition I have for getting a snake is that he NEVER gets out. My grandma says he has to go if she ever sees him anywhere other than in my room.
Oh, and finally, how long would something this size probably be good for?

Thanks guys! I'll post pics as soon as I get 'em.

According to a quick Google search you have a number of OfficeMax stores in your area. You can usually find Iris brand tubs (the one in your first link) in various sizes there.

I use Iris for our ball pythons and love it. Glass clear, very smooth interiors...my only downside to them is the lids are not very secure and with a milksnake that would concern me. You can always add a ton of big binder clips but I'm not even sure I'd feel that was secure enough as a small milksnake can basically wiggle out of almost anything.

We keep our milksnake, an Albino Nelson's, in a tank due to worries over her ability to get out of a tub due to the lid issue. Her lid is a metal mesh one and clipped down with 4 black metal clips made for these types of lids (found at any major pet store chain, sold usually 2 to a package and rated for the size of tank by gallon).

If you are going for a tank/mesh lid/lid clip concept I would think a 20 long would do for quite some time. Black Milks are one of the biggest of the Milks though at maturity so you may need to upgrade at a future date. There's a couple of members here that keep Black Milks so they would be better able to advise you on tank size.
