    harlequin

hi ya my mates just back from Hamm and brought back a morph that we are not to familiar with the HARLEQUIN i have seen it on JassBalls site and a few other but with very little info

i am just looking to see what type of inheritance this morph uses (if any ) and any combos that have been made from them

heres a few pics of the animal in question

    thanks

    Re: harlequin

That's a BEAUTIFUL snake. I don't know anything about the genetics behind harlequins or what they make when bred, etc. But I do know that that animal is gorgeous. She literally made my jaw drop, and not even morphs can do that usually.

I guess I have unusual taste. More pics please!

    Re: harlequin

My completely one hundred percent UNeducated guess would be that the harlequin genes act a lot like yellow bellies or the fires in that they just bring out the traits of the other morphs a little more. Since the harlequin "morph" is just a variation of a normal - no major color or pattern differences, etc. I can't see it having too much effect on other dominant genes in the breeding process.

    Re: harlequin

i see what yo are saying but that semi or sometimes full dorsal stripe seems to be the main feature along with clean sideds

so emagine an axanthic witha stripe like that or albino or T+ albino or any mostly color morph..........hypo...pastel thats would be cool

i just think if this is genetic....... as it was sold as and seems to be i think it would be a very cool combo morph but i still love it on its own

    thanks
