    Carpet enclosure size

Approximately what size enclosure would one need for a coastal carpet or coastal/jungle at adult size? As opposed to a jungle or Irian Jaya?

Another thing, HOW exactly do you pronounce Irian Jaya.

You can sometimes get by with a 41 qt. Sterilite or Iris tub for males but females will need a larger cage. I would go with a 3 x 2 or 4 x 2 cage.

Jay-ah or Jai-ah? I have been saying it the "Jai-ah" way forever then I went to the NERD store, and a guy working there pronounced it "Jay-ah", and I realize this is a very silly question... but has been bothering me!

About how much climbing space do they need? How much do they climb in comparison to ball pythons? I know you said 3x2 or 4x2 but I just wasn't sure about the height vs. length.

    Sorry, Jai-ah.

If possible, give them about 18" of heighth. They are semi-arboreal. Balls do very little climbing but IJ's do lots if given the space. Cage dimensions would be 3' (or 4') length x 2' depth x 18" of heighth.
