New member, new common BCI and Old Wife!

Ok, don't tell the wife but in snake years, she is old.

I just got this common and he is awsome. I bought him a little over a week ago at the Dallas show. Nothing special about coloring but his personality is just awsome. Even my wife loves it as well as my two daughters 7 and 5. Maggie has held it and can't get enough. Its great to have supporting family when it comes to this kind of hobby.
I have him in my Aquarium room. I will be building a herp corner where I will house several species in some cages I will buy lator. QT will be my only issue. The great thing about this room is the constant temp of 80 and 60% humidity. I have over 800 gallons of water in that room and I run a dehumidifier to keep the humidity right at 60 to 65%. Makes keeping snakes much easier.

    Here are a few pics.

If that's your wife, she is very young!!!! Sheesh, us wives get no respect when new snakes are around! Awesome looking snake! You're lucky you got an already tame one...saves your skin....

Yup thats the wife. She is awsome. I know none of my friends wives would pose for this type of picture. The old part was just to raz my wife. We give each other crap all the time. Were best friends Been married for 13 years this month.

Yes, "Baby" is tame. Very laid back, easy to handle and eating like a champ.
