OK, here are my pictures from the show the other day in Hamburg. They allow venemous snakes. Also, it was a smaller show and more informal - very friendly atmosphere. A recommend for sure. Also, I got to live my dream and touch a reticulated python. He was only at 14', but still a retic! I don't have a picture of that b/c that is when my husband was across the field house oogling the green mamba, black mamba, and gaboon. BTW, he watched the green mamba get sold for cash - according to him, lots of hundred dollar bills traded hands. By the time I got over there, the vendor had packed up and left. So, unfortunately, no pics of those guys.

Here goes:

Western Diamondback Rattlesnake

Taiwan Beauties

Banded Rock Rattlesnake

Wild Caught Kenyan Sand Boas, one with big SCARS (in white)

And last but not least, me and the Jaguar Carpet Python I got to hold.

I believe it was Will Bird's (but, for the record, the guy who showed him to me was not Will). I got to meet and chat with Will and bought his book, of course! It's "A Snake Hunting Guide" and a great read so far. If only I'd remember to get it autographed... bummer!
