    I Cant See!

I have a 1.5 year old Ball and he has a "skin" over his eye that hasn't gone away the past couple of shedding periods. It is beginning to affect his behavioral aspects. Since he cannot see, he is defensive about movement. He has not struck at me yet, but he would be more comfortable if he could see.

    Please help

Ok take a wet paper towel and GENTLY move from his nose towards the back of his head.If this does not work spray him and his enclosure to raise the humidity and try again later. If not at all coming off you might need a vet appointment to get it removed since its multiple sheds.DO NOT USE TWEEZERS to try to remove them though.

Even though I could never do this am am too scared to do this, there is a couple websites out there that suggest using double sided tape and wrap it around your finger and in a rolling motion roll over the eye. The stickiness is supposed to pull the shed off.

But I couldn't even think of that. It sounds way too dangerous

    Hi,

Yes theres a real risk or ripping your animals eye out of its socket if you dont know what your doing.

It's an eye - delicate isn't the word.

If the gentle methods don't seem to be working then, to be honest, I would leave anything more extreme to a qualified vet or someone with direct experience.
