    Wierd shed/Picture

    My snake shed for the first time since i have gotten him either tonight or this mouring and it looked like this



    There is borwn fecal matter looking stuff in the shed but i do not belive it to be feces can any one help me out here

    it was a complete shed but he dosnt come out of his hide ever so that is why it looks like bad .. the humidy was 90 i wasnt sure if it was to high i was scared of an incomplete shed so i bumped it up as much as i could when not in shed his tank is at 50

    90 is too high for bumping up id say. 70 is good enough. 60 is better for the remainder of the time, 50 is a smidge low. It is likely his shed just got wet, was it near the water bowl? It looks kinda gross when its wet.

    Yeah it was kinda near the water bowl but i dont belive he got in it.

    well heres a funny thing to try, wet the rest of the dry shed and see if it looks the same. If it does, well then you know for sure thats all it is.

    he also could have released some urates while shedding and wet the shed.

    If you're worried about your snake, look at the snake more than the shed! Does his belly and the rest of his body look okay?

    Snakes usually pee and/or poop when shedding, so that is normal.
    Like Rapture said check the snake and make sure he is clean. Nothing looks to out of the ordinary 60 - 70 percent humidity is good for shedding time

    I looked at him and he looked very nice he is a normal but right now he looks like a pastel he looks alot more vibrant and theres not abnormalitys... so i guess things are good.
