Chlorhexidine solution
What ration to you guys mix this stuff in? Reptile Basics says 1-2oz per gallon, but the label says 1 oz per gallon.

I don't really measure - probably use more than I really need to but the stuff isn't exactly expensive nor is it really harmful - so have fun with it.

Re: Chlorhexidine solution
Just buy a gallon of distilled water and add one oz of chlorhex. Works fine at that concentration. :-)

Re: Chlorhexidine solution
You'll notice that Reptile Basics, on their pitch for the gallon size of Chlorhexidine Gluconate, says "follow instructions on label for use and mixing."
When in doubt, always follow the manufacturer's label.
Also see the ProExotics FAQ for precise mixing instructions: http://www.proexotics.com/virosan_info.html
