Hahah, I love my corn!

I took Jacob out last night and allowed him a little supervised roaming time. Now we all know how corns are, you can't let them out of your sight for a minute - but he seemed to be in a particularly mellow mood last night. He circled my body on the grooves of my sweatshirt a few times, then decided to go onto my desk.

So much for exploring! (Sorry, the flash made this pic really bright)



He curls himself up behind a pile of junk on my desk and just sits there, like "OK, this is my new hide box." What a funny guy!

He has definitely calmed down a LOT since I got him at a reptile show last fall. That's what regular handling does!

lol. That's funny. I never let my snakes out of my hands, when I get them out. I'm too nervous that they'll disappear....

I honestly never thought he'd calm down, but I handle him a lot and I think he's used to it. It doesn't seem to stress him out anymore, and he doesn't flip out when I put him back in his tank.
