I know some people will jump on you for not using 2 hides, you are fine. No need for any hides if the snake doesn't need it. Looks great!! I love it!!!

How do you know the snake doesn't need two hides, one little piece of corkbark on what appears to be the hot side and that's it. So for the snake to cool off, it has to lay out in the open with no shelter. I'm sure he'll be very happy.

He does not see to mind laying on the open side, not getting stressed, im sure if he was stressed from it he would "sceard" when he was laying out. what he does is to stretch out towards me and beeing curious when im enter my room. he is eating well to and shedding, so i dont think 2 hides are neseserry here.
