New Years eve
I have slowed down allot since I was a teen and early 20's I enjoy more mature things in life. For instance 5 years ago I would have been out partying it up and the local Piano/oyster bar but now. I'd rather
Open a good bottle of wine and some good snacks

cozy up by the fire

And for those who don't know I love to cook..In fact I went to school to be a chef.
So with an 8 year old Merlot in one hand and a whisk in the other
I whipped up a four cheese pene' pasta tosted with some shrimp that were sauteed in a roasted garlic and rosemary infused olive oil..

And life was good

Re: New Years eve
I'm still young. I was partying until 11:00 am then slept until I had to get up for work today. My friend's in town from Vegas so I was out on Sunday until 2:00 and we all partied for my B-day on Saturday, so I had some serious sleep to catch up on.
Edit: I did have some cheese and Merlot, though.

Hey nothing wrong with it I just find that the older you get the more the morning tends to hurt.

You can't get a hangover if you keep drinking!

It is all about the Nor Cal Wines
I have family up there, and get to sample the fruit of the Wineries whenever I get a chance.
Glorious!!
