Umm.. Weird... lol..

Ok, so this has nothing to do with. Anything really, but its just RELLY weird, and no ones up for me to call and share it with- but my counsler from high school, just called me randomly, out of no where- HAHMMERD- like 20 minutes ago and insisted that we meet on wed. at 330.

Then she called me again, just a second ago, and was like "OK so what tomorrow?" (only very slurred) And I was like, "Laura, didnt you say Wed? Have you been drinking?" And she SCRERAMS- "NO! WHAT TIME AND WHERE!".. Now at this point Im confused-very- a little scared- and kinda laughing.. So I replied "Ruby Tuesdays- like YOU said, at.. 230?"..

*1 minute pause*

.. "JESSIKA! Are you still there!?!" me: "Ummm yea.. Ill call you tomorrw and let you know whats goin on... Get some sleep, ok?" Then she started babbling about her mom and rochester hills so I listed for a few minutes- said bye, and she still kept rambling, so I hung up...

lol, its kinda funny, but then again not because when I used to be there and talk to her, she was always so happy and bubbly, so it was sad- and scary- to hear her like that...

What would YOU do?? lol.. Sorry- random, but I had to get it off my chest... I just dont know what to make of it? lmao- what a way to start the new year- it looks like its going to be interesting!!

Wow a drunk counsler.I hope shes not supposed to be a positive influence on anyone

I know.. I didnt know what to make out of it- I called her this morning and she doesnt remember calling me the second time- LOL.

Are you still in high school??? Or just still friends with your old HS counselor? Definitely a very strange call. If you're still in high school, her behavior is very inappropriate and I would not follow up on it, unless she continues to harrass you. If you're graduated and friends with her, then I'd call back today and make sure she's OK. She may not even remember calling you at all.

EDIT: Hah...we were typing at the same time. You can disregard this one, then.

Nah its fine- but no I'm not, we just used to talk alot and then just out of the blue- lol. But still, its weird having someone that you used to look at as 'autority' call you waisted. lmao

Well, having had stuff like this happen to me before, I would say that it is totally inappropriate for her to have called you. This could be damaging to her career if anyone was to find out. You should probably just forget about it and cut ties with her. This sort of behavior is sad and potentially dangerous for her and you. Just back away slowly.

(Sorry to seem so serious, but I have had experience with situations like this and they only ever go downhill if there is a continued relationship)
