Kinda strange

The tempurature in my basement dropped under 75 yesterday so the cool side temps in my snake cages were below the limit. I moved both my snakes into a warmer room in the house but now my Blood is freaked!

He snaps at anything coming near his cage. That is very unlike him (believe it or not) so I have to ask...do Pythons get stressed moving into a new room even though they are still in the exact same tank?

Is another acclimation process in order for this feisty fellow?

88 warm side and 81 on the cool. When he was in the basement his cool side was always 79-80 before the temp drop yesterday sent it below 75 in the entire room.

Giving Bill a Santa hat was the highlight of my week. The only thing cooler than Bill Cosby on Christmas is Clark W. Griswald and his cousin Eddie having yet another vacation.

My room temps dropped yesterday also. Went to check and find out which side of the tub the blood was on.

Lifted his hide and he was pissed!! Huffin and puffin. No strike. I fixed the problem immediately.

But like your situation. Room got cold. Blood got angry. Hmmm.....

It's got to be being moved into a new room that has flipped his switch. He is just pissed off! I'm just going to leave him alone for a full week and then check on him.

That little freak squeezed himself all the way into his water bowl and has now flooded his entire cage. He is protesting LOL!


It appears I'm going to have to bring this boy to reason and force him to abandon this tomfoolery and other mischievous reptilian activity. He is a few sandwiches shy of a picnic right now.
