He has visited our Vet. a week after ownership and they said other than his scars he was healthy. Since then he has shed twice. This is a great site for information, so my question is Eden a normal bp and what do you think of him?~

Yes, he's a normal. But you never know, he could be het for something. Did you have the vet probe him to determine the sex for sure? Congrats on the beauty and thanks for rescuing!

He weighs 304 grams, and seems very comfortable in his new surrounding. We didn't bother him for one week, then we took him to the Vet. We did not have him probed, previous owners had him probed, he has huge spurs and is very gentle.

Wow. He sounds very happy in his new home. I was looking at your pics and couldn't tell too well, but make sure he has two hides - one on each side of the heat gradient.

Welcome to the site and to the wonderful joys of snakes!

you cant sex a ball python by the presence of spurs alone. but if the previous owners had him probed then you may be pretty good with getting his gender accurate. good luck with him!
