Q about BP back bone.
My next door neighbor just bought a BP from Petco. Now i own 3, but i have never seen, or felt this before. As i handled it i noticed that it was maybe 7 months old, very thin, and had a very sharp back bone, but still acting normal. It sticks up more than ordinary, it's kinda freaky.
Has anyone encountered this?? I would like to know, if there is any advice we can give them.
Thanks,
Ronni and Brandon

Re: Q about BP back bone.
Just sounds really really skinny.
Best solution is to feed and water the poor critter.

I concur, although without seeing the animal I can only guess but it sounds like the poor little guy is emaciated. You might want to suggest they take it back and get another more healthy specimen as their first snake.
