I think I recruited some new junior herpers!

Every Tuesday we have a homeschool science class that we moms put together. Today was my day, and I took in a couple nice sheds and my friendliest BP, Sophie. She wowed the crowd, and I am really glad that I did my research cause the kids asked every question imaginable. lol.

They just loved her, and asked to see the hatching if they could. A couple moms were hesitant, but all the kids were very willing to touch Sophie. (She's still young, so I only let a couple older kids hold her.)

I was nervous, but it all was really great, and now there are more snake educated persons out there.

That is totally awesome Christina!!! It is so great to see kids around any animal really. Kudos for passing on info about snakes, it sounds like the kids there really enjoyed it!!
