    how long to leave alone after feed

    how long should you wait before handling again after a feed?

    at least one day. but individual animals vary. some people will tell you wait like 2 or more. i gauge it by the snake.
    0.3 wild type ball
    0.1 spider ball
    1.0 bumblebee (spider x pastel)

    i say two just to be safe..........if you really had to move them for cleaning, just be really careful, 1 day will be ok but if your talking about handling and putting them around your neck or something wait 2 to 3 days for that

    We've always just gone with the no handling except if absolutely necessary for 2 days after feeding. It seems to work well as we've never had a regurge. If the snake has just gone up a size in prey, we'll even go to 3 days of no handling just to be certain everthing is as it should be.

    my best guage to vary by snake is if there bulge is still showing or not. it should disapear within 2 days but just give the snake 2 days to be on the safe side

    If you are feeding a girth or slightly smaller than girth prey item, there wouldn't be a bulge.
