    Pink Toe Tarantula

    So i have been doin a little research on them cause i saw one at my lps. so i got one today. anyone have any pictures of theirs? or pics of their Ts enclosure

    Pink Toe is a little general. You need a scientific name. It's most likely in the Avic genus though. Unless you have experience with tarantulas specifically arboreals, I'd leave it alone. Avics are known for dying without reason and need more care than others.

    i will have to take a picture of him. he seems to be doing well. he has eatin some crickets and his husbandry is spot on according to all the care sheets i have read.

    Most petstore have Avicularia avicularia pink toes.

    yeah, A. avicularia would be the most common and one of the cheapest avics you can get. They're pretty simple to care for as long as you get the humidity and ventilation right.. I've had about 50+ tarantulas in the past 4 years and I have an A. versicolor female that I've raised from s'ling.
    i can send pics of my Avics set up if you would like, and some links to good care sheets.
