thermo/hygro
Well, i purchased exo-terra thermometers (the ones that are round and u stick on the glass) and they work like s**t. I plan on buying a digital and i think the 2nd one on http://www.beanfarm.com/store/agora....4=Thermometers page or the 1st, so it will be a thermo-hygrometer. I don't know if anyone uses these. Does the first one have a hygro too?
Thanks.
P.S. im new 2 the forum

Re: thermo/hygro
I would recommend going to walmart to purchase an accurite thermometer. It'll have 2 thermos (one for cool side, one for warm side) as well as a built in hygro. It should look like this.
although hopefully you'll get better temps... lol

Re: thermo/hygro
As has already been said, go to Walmart, get an acurite. Get the one Gooseman showed in his picture. It measures humidity and temp at the unit, as well as having a probe for reading a temp at a remote location.
If your local walmart doesn't have one, ask and they may be able to order it in for you. I've had luck with that with other products, as long as the walmart chain carries it, which they definitely carry acu-rites.
If not, other people on this forum have said lowe's and home depot carry a similar product for about the same price.

Its the same product... Also think about this too, look at the price (including shipping) of what you are about to order online, then go to walmart and take a look at the price of the accurite.... No brainer. Good luck.
