    Alligator Saved From House Fire.

    This happened in my home town last night. Firefighters saved a baby alligator from a burning home. Yay Firefighters!

    Story Below:
    A Parkersburg home is a complete loss, after the structure burst into flames Monday evening, but the story doesn't end there!

    if (self['plpm'] && plpm['Mid-Story Ad']) document.write('');if (self['plpm'] && plpm['Mid-Story Ad']){ document.write(plpm['Mid-Story Ad']);} else { if(self['plurp'] && plurp['97']){} else {document.write(''); } }if (self['plpm'] && plpm['Mid-Story Ad']) document.write(''); No people were in the home when the blaze broke out.

    They say the home is a complete loss.

    Now here's where it gets really interesting, firefighters got quite a surprise while battling that blaze.

    There was a three-foot alligator on the third floor of the home, that escaped from a hole and landed on the second floor ledge, from there it fell to the ground.

    Firefighters were then able to grab it and tape it's mouth shut until the owner's family came to pick it up.

    They say it survived the blaze because of a pool of water on the third floor that kept it cool.

    Re: Alligator Saved From House Fire.

    Wow Fire fighters are brave. My mom who is in Florida told me about a story in FL wher fire fighters were battling a fire where the guy had 100 snakes. They were only able to save 50 or so. The concern was they didn't know of they were hots or not. Smoke inhalation did most of them in. Has anyone know who this was? The guy was so upset he wouldn'y go on thge news to talk about it.
