Sudden Agression
My ball python is just over a year old and has never been agressive at all.. not a strike or bite at all or even looked like he was thinkinging about it untill lately.. I went to feed him the other day and as soon as i took the top off he was strikeing everywhere.. i let him eat and thought maybe he'd be fine the next day.. Now if he sees anyone near him he seems to stalk you and randomly strike.. I fed him again the next day thinking he might still be hungry and he ate it but the behavior is still the same.. This started right after his last shed.. whats going on?

Re: Sudden Agression
I would suggest checking the temps/humidity because a lot of times if those are off they can cause aggression issues. Also I'd check to make sure you're feeding appropriate sized meals.

Re: Sudden Agression
Have their been any recent changes to his cage or routine? I'd also double check all husbandry aspects as well.
Barring that, I'd make sure that he doesn't think striking will stop anyone from handling him. Make sure to physically check his entire body for anything out of the ordinary.

Re: Sudden Agression
Did he shed both spectacles (eye caps)??? Maybe there is a vision problem / change since the shed he just went through.
