    Juvinile Weight

I've been reading about growing ball python weight, and it seems the weight and size of normal, healthy snakes can be quite different.

I have a 5 month old female BP that I got in July. From what I can tell the snake is healthy....it has eaten every week since I got it...never missed a meal.

Right now she is about 22" from what I guess, and she now eats 2 weanling mice a week. I simply give her 1 mouse....she eats it...I drop in another....and she eats that one too....no force feeding here.

To keep better track of her growth/health I weighed her tonight for the first time, and she is about 7oz or 200g.

I am a first time snake keeper....and based on my limited knowledge, it seems she might be a little underweight.

Thoughts? is my feeding regiment ok?

    Thanks
