    Arrow Utilizing Humidifiers for herps

I have a friend who grows edible mushrooms and has a very elaborate set up. He has a humidifier hooked up to a humidistat. I was wondering if any of you have heard of something similar being used in a BP tank.

Basically, I'd like to have a small humidifier hooked up so it runs a mist into my BP's tank whenever the humidity gets low. Also, it'd be nice to be able to just set it to 80% when I see that Thor is shedding.

If any of you have seen this in another thread, or heard of someone doing it, or even have any suggestions on where I might find a cheap humidifier that would be ideal for this type of usage, please let me know.

If I end up doing it, I will provide a guide along with pictures to let everybody in the community know how it works.

    Re: Utilizing Humidifiers for herps

i know i read that zoomed was developing a humidistat, but it hasn't been made for sale yet.

humidity is pretty easy to control once you get things going, and i know a humidistat isn't cheap. so i really don't see them catching on.
