Highlights from a couple of '07 clutches...

Here's a standout from my second clutch this season. She doesn't have the yellow that I usually like but just speaks to me for some reason:

My last clutch of pastels killed me...7 out of 8 were normals. But, first look at mom:

...and here's two of four of her offspring that show some of the same striping going on:
    a boy still pre-shed

    a girl post shed

Its cool to see that pass down, and says a lot about selective breeding.

From the first clutch I had, one of the nicer pastel females:

and another pastel girl that did not want her picture taken...she bites me every single time I try to pick her up:

I can't believe its almost time to start next season's pairings...

    Hi,

Do you think the "flecking" on the sides of the first pastel will turn into something resembling a granites marking as time goes on or are they just a cute highlight?

Good question...I haven't raised that many hatchlings to really say yes or no...

ha, same here! you've gotta love a baby with attitude!
    edit: congrats!
they're all great. im hoping on a normal female with like, an insane reduced pattern that i think would look smoking as an albino or put into a clown or spider. i hope i do get her i can find a nice few reduced normal males and try and get a good selection of reduced females..
