Breeding OBTS (All help is wanted Please/Thank you)

I have a few questions about breeding Usumbara Baboon (Pterinochilus murinus):

What’s the easiet way to get a speed demon like my mature male out of its enclosure so I can put it in the female’s eventually after she’s been here a while?

Has anyone ever tried to put a female into a mature male’s territory and got fertile eggs? (This question can go for any genus/species not just for OBT)

How long should I keep the female away from the male before any breeding attempts?

How fat does the female have to be before i breed her?

When I take the babies away from mom they have to go in their own homes or all together or how does that work?
Will she shed BEFORE she lays the egg sac or after?

Will I have him long enough to breed him w/ her twice (so basically to get two egg sacs?

How many babies are usually in a OBT egg sac?

What do they eat when they are first born? Each other right? lol..(This was just said because some times you can’t save all the babies)

If she does end up making eggs Can I leave them in there with her the whole time or do I have to take them out after like two weeks?

Since this would be my first breeding session I want it all to go correctly.

Any more information would be greatly appreciated.

If you can construct some sort of shark tank, where he can move easily from his tank to hers, it may be the best way. I suggest you breed them in the batheroom, and plug all the drains before hand. A smaller enclosed room will make it easier to catch a loose tarantula if it happens. The best way to gently nudge a T is with a small paintbrush.

It's advisable to stuff your female full before you put the male in with her. Generally it's less stress on the female to introduce the male to her. She may or may not molt before she lays an eggsack, it depends on her molting record. If she does molt, she will have lost the stored sperm. If she molts right away you may be able to breed them again. If she goes ahead and produces an eggsack, he may not live long enough for the eggsack to hatch and for a breeding after that.

If she does end up constructing an eggsack, you can leave it with her the entire time. I think the number in an eggsack for an OBT is around like 100 or so. It's nothing like brachypelma, which could be around 1000.

When you finally take the babies away from mom you should separate them. I'm not sure how small OBT babies will be, but they should be able to take down small crickets, possibly 1/4" size or pinheads. If you do not separate them, they will cannibalize and eat each other. You can also let them cannibalize to make the number of babies more manageable.

It's best to seperate them into something like 1 per dixie cup with lid or per vial (look up thorten plastic vials).
