I'm buying Mazuri 6F lab block from my local feed mill. If you have something like this near you and they carry the Purina brand of feeds they should be able to get this for you. There are other feeds you can get also, or you can mix your own.

Not totally, but close. I've had the best luck with petco.com especially with the free shipping over 50$.
Carefresh online is like 16$ for 50L but in the store its like 20-21 at least at the one here.
So if you buy in bulk to get the free shipping it's cheaper.

Kevin because rats are such major chewers it's almost a pointless waste of cash to buy them expensive toys or cage furniture. You can easily make most of it yourself. For hammocks just buy a package of heavy shop cloths from any hardware place (Home Depot, Lowe's, etc.). For toys things like empty toilet paper and paper towels rolls work great, strips from an old telephone book are fun for rats to chew up and drag about for sleeping nests. You can take scrap lumber (untreated of course) and construct a hide or heck mine have just as much fun with a heavy shoebox with some entrance holes cut in it. You have to toss it out when it gets mucky, but they have loads of fun chewing new holes in the meantime. A length of cotton rope (not synthetic) can be strung for a rope climbing thing or a rope bridge (rats have incredibly good balance). If you want pre-made toys, parrot toys work well for rats though they tend to be pretty pricey. Check out the plumbing supplies for lengths of heavy PVC piping that can make run tunnels for your ratties.
Just basically think outside the "pet store" box.
