I think that the police service units in that area need to higher their IQ testing requirement for employment.

The police kill another kid due to serious undertraining and low employment requirements...

Hopefully he gets some jail time, at least 20+ years; although, that will most likely not happen. However, if you kill a cop you get special circumstances and life is mandatory.

Hideous misuse of a firearm. No one should ever shoot at things in trees like that.. unless maybe hunting for birds and using birdshot. With the wa that property lines border each other and houses are everywhere these days.. it is unconscionable to be shooting at things in trees like that.
