About two weeks ago, I began toying with the idea of getting a rack to house my growing collection of ball pythons. I browsed and researched them all...Boaphile, Animal Plastics, Herp Enclosures, RBI, even DIY! It seemed RBI had a loyal fan base amongst the BP community so I began to email Rich at RBI and set things in motion. Fast forward 30+ emails and 6 days later, I've got my Helix wired up to my brand new 4x32qt RBI rack. Here are some notes...

-Rich is very honest and accomodating. I had mentioned that I was looking for a white rack. Although not offered on the site, Rich offered to go out of his way and get me a white rack if it was what I wanted. TALK ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE! (I eventually changed my mind to black).

-The CC on my Paypal account expired a few days before the transaction began so I was forced to use Paypal's eCheck feature. No problem, except it takes 4-5 days to clear. It turns out Rich shipped the rack the MOMENT THE CHECK CLEARED, not the next day, etc. Amazing!

-The packaging was incredible. I swear I could have dropped the thing down a flight of stairs and it would emerge unharmed. The only problem is that I now have enough stryofoam peanuts to package a car!

-The quality of the rack is amazing. It sits level, drawers slide in and out with ease, and the prewired Flexwatt was much appreciated on my end! I'll definetly have more RBI racks in my stable in the coming months!

That's about it. If you're in the market for a rack, look no further than RBI. You won't be disappointed. I apologize for the lack of pics, but its late and I'm test running the rack for a day or two to make sure temps are kosher. I'll post some tomorrow with its first inhabitants.
