Well, tonight as I fed my little one in her 'cafe' box (She nailed that mouse quick), I cleaned her cage and added cypress to raise humidity. I put it on top of carpet since I don't have my thermostat yet and didn't want her getting too close to the heated glass. Well, I slid her back into her finished cage and she went into her hide, so I thought "Ok, cool". Naturally, the humidity has gone up too high (shouldn't have misted it) so I have to air it out a bit tomorrow.
Anyway, as I was just seeing that the humidity is around 100...sigh...I notice that Nagini has buried all but a 2" portion of herself in the cypress in front of her warm side hide door. Apparently she likes the stuff, silly snake. Now I'm glad I left the carpet there.
Any opinions or suggestions?![]()
