    salmonella??

has anyone on here had it before? I think I do. I was reading and I have most of the symtoms. Headache, dehydration, diarhea, abdominal pains, vomiting. I dont have a fever though. JUst wondering I was reading that most of the time theres nothing you can do but wait it out. Man this is definetly what i get for not washing my hands as good as i thought.

Could be gastroenteritis from any of a number of viruses. Not necessarily Salmonella. Hope you feel better!

    Re: salmonella??

Even if it is salmonella you're still far more likely to have gotten it from restaurant eating or your own kitchen counter/cutting board. Every year the vast majority of salmonella cases are food borne (as well as e. coli and others). Here's an interesting read from the CDC website.
