does this happen with ball pythons also

i know that before they give birth red tail boas will drop a waxy stool 1 to 2 days before dropping... do ball pythons do the same before laying eggs?

Bp's lay eggs and Boas incubate eggs internally and give live birth so they are very different. Usually with BP's you wake up in the morning and Moma is wraped around her clutch in the stike pose.

Nope; there is no pre-birth for BPs.. though I do think that some kind of liquid escapes. I saw residue from it when my girls laid on newspaper.. it could have been some liquidy urate though.
