    Question about breeding age

    I have a freind who has a female boa that is at least 10yrs old.Someone is telling her that once a boa reaches 10yrs old they are unable to breed any longer.Since i am not into boas i told her i would ask the members here .Well i await your assistance getiing the truth .

    as long as she's still healthy I don't see the harm, if she's frail or clearly gettin on in age, then I wouldn't. I've heard that for many animals, but I think in the end it comes to a judgement call. But then again breeding any animal could result in complications, so you take chances any time you breed anything.

    The boa is very healthy and someone just told her its to old to breed .I think it was someone trying to buy her cheap .
