    water bulge

I just fed my bp and as usual she takes a nice long drink of water after she eats. I noticed something this time, after her 30 second long gulp, she raised her head and there was about a marble sized bulge of water in her neck. It then got smaller and smaller as she let it into her body. I've never seen this before, is this normal?

Is she making any weezing or poping noises from her mouth? When you look at her is the buldge still there now? If no to these questions then it should be her just being a sow poke downing the water .Ya know like a kid does being honory

If it was very soon after the feed it may have been that the muscles along the body were still applying the swallowing motion.

You may have had something similar happen to yourself. Have you ever had a swallow of water not complete right? You can feel this bulge in your esophagus and a bit of pain because the muscles are constricting over something that's not moving.
