Re: size of tubs
what size snakes ya got there? i keep my liil guys (under a year old) in a 15 qt tub in a rack. they will go into a 32qt when they get bigger. and finally a 41 if they get large enough (my miami phase is not going to grow as long as a normal)
one thing i would do is get tubs that are taller, my corns like to climb. are you making a homemade rack or buying one?

Homemade rack is the direction im going alot cheaper, plus it allows for more creativity.

I would think that a 28qt. or 32qt. Sterilite tub would be big enough.

Re: size of tubs
Well when considering height of the tub it depends on the individual corn, if you know your corns like to climb then get a taller tub, but if your corns are not keen towards climbing don't bother.
Remember as long as it has floor area equvilant to a 20 gallong long tank or more it'll be good.
0.1 Charcoal Corn, Nagini||0.0.1 King Intergrade, Ekans|| 1.0 Leopard Gecko, Havok||1.0 Pastel Mot Corn, Solstice
1.1 birds,1.1 Bettas, 0.0.5 Community fish and Inverts,1.0 Rat, 1.1 Hamster.

Re: size of tubs
Most corn breeders and keepers use a 27-32 qt tub for most snakes and use a 41 qt. for larger animals

Too many boas to list and a few balls as well

so would you say a 32qt would be good for a adult corn? i know i read that miami phases (which i have) don't get as long as normal corns.

Either a 32qt or if you want it a little more room then you can use a 41 qt. Which ever you feel more comfortable with.

Re: size of tubs
well the rack i am getting tomorrow is a 32qt sideways rack, so i can use 15qt as well. right now they will go into the 15 for a year or two then into the 32qt. this way i don't have to change racks (to a 41qt).
