Anyone know of some great books?

I have the Complete Ball Python and The Ball Python Manual but I'd like to get some good reads on Bloods and also books regarding the history of Pythons and their evolution if there are any.

Any specific literature you all can recommend would be great!

Understanding Reptile Parasites.

"Pythons of the World" Volume 1 and 2 from Dave and Tracy Barker. Visit www.VPI.com to purchase these books. Neither book is very inexpensive, but two of the best books you'll put your hands on.

I agree with Tim, the VPI books are as good as they come. I also have enjoyed "Snakes:The Evolution of Mystery in Nature" by Harry W. Greene. Being a professor, his writing is more on the scientific side, specifically in the amazing evolutionary advances in snakes, and the book is divided by family. It is a good read, not boring by any means (has some great anecdotal stories in it), and it has 200+ beautiful photos.
