    Re: bowflex?

    I have one. I don't really like it that much, takes a lot to get used to. I would much rather use free weights than the bowflex.

    It does work, but takes some getting used to.

    I agree with Mike (I had one and sold it)...if you are willing to get used to it and break it in it is really nice and does do what the advertisement says but boy that break in period is a witch (and one I just didn't enjoy). It makes going to a normal gym difficult as all the moves are different in how they work each muscle.

    Honestly, your better off to go to a gym. I've been lifting at a gym for about 2 years now and will say its ADDICTING lol. I've tried the bowflex and I was not impressed, atleast for how much you have to pay for it.

    gymgymgymgymgymgymgymgymgymgymgymgymgym!!!!!

    Join a gym, get friends, be motivated, lift heavy, eat right, do cardio, kick ass! Bowflex = place for your clothes to pile up after you pull them out of the dryer.

    Gym = options!

    I will also add after a while, once you start building muscle ,it gets addicting and then before you know it, protien powder will become your best friend lol. Also im big on taking multivitamins, not recquired by any means but I think they're good for all around health. If you have any questions about diet though etc PM me, i'll give you a good round up on that.

    Agreed.

    My bowflex collects dust, and my beardie climbs on it more than I do lol.

    I say, MAKE A GYM! Free weights, jump ropes, TV, P90X, and you got a deal. Don't forget a medicine ball....or 6.
