    WOWEE! what a response!

Three of my snakes just shed last week, and one of them was my female Princess Peach. Last night was dinner, and everyone had a good bit of hussle, but Peach, omg, this all took less than 5 seconds. She messed up her newspaper, her dish, her hide..... look:

I love it! I've never seen a ball, actually ball around her prey like that. AWESOME!!!

    Picture perfect feeding response!

She wasn't about to share that rodent with anyone!

Sheesh, our bp has gotten so "lazy" with feeding..."one coil oughta do it" kinda girl, hehe....but then she's been on f/t or pk since we moved her to rats, so has learned she doesn't need to squeeze much to kill it. =)

    Impressive!

Mine always eats right away (live) but I've only seen him fully coil once and double coil twice. Usually he uses single coil. Mind you, if the mouse starts kicking too much he starts ratcheting that one coil down tight. One time I thought for sure the mouse was going to just explode - his eyes were almost all the way out of his head. Imagine what kind of squeeze he could put on with 2 or three coils! Amazing strength!
