    I got a great relief!

My first ball pythons has been off feed sive Dec 14 he went from 1200 grams to 950. And refused to eat well I offered every thing I could think of in every form. I had given up hope of him ever eating again. How ever I offered him a live mouse every Friday just to try and get him back on feed with no luck. Well this Friday everybody ate with vigor except orpheus as expected. But I figured I'd give him a half an hour just to see. This was at 4:30. I made sure everyone ate and went about my business. At 11:00 I'm laid in bed watching Letterman when it hit me. :cens0r::cens0r::cens0r::cens0r:!!!! I never took Orpheus' mouse out. I slid the tub open expecting to see a live mouse and a chewed on snake.  Wheres the mouse???? Oh GOD!!! its under his hide with him. With a sinking feeling in the pit of my stomach Ilifted the hide and no mouse.

    DING DING

He ate after almost 6 months and 300 grams he ate.. Now starts the slow road back.

    Thanks for letting me rant

    That is great news Ed.

I have a WC that only eats overnight - I tried everything like you and in the end it was forgetting a rat pup overnight that finally got her to eat...now it is the only way she will eat...so far no issues but every week I get nervous.
