Re: Anybody seen these things?
the first one i'm not sure about but the second sounds like he is just trying to realign his jaw. some of my snakes will rub or push their mouths against the sides of their cages right after they eat to get things realigned properly.

Re: Anybody seen these things?
Is he a very small hatchling? Some of mine seemed to wobble a bit when they got exited but it went away as they put a bit of bulk on.

Anybody else's snakes do little weird stuff like this?
The first one he is "checking" how to safely grab it if its a food item. The second one when you spray the water he is getting a drink without having to find his water dish .

Re: Anybody seen these things?
My guy is about 8 or 9 mos and the head swaying thing he does whenever he has his head unsupported by more than a few inches. At least it doesn't have anything to do with feeding. Its not like he shakes and he can periscope just fine. But, when hes trying to bridge a gap or he's looking around from some awkward angle he sways. Its sort of a random sway - looks very ungraceful.
Yea, the second is what I thought. He yawns alot so maybe he's got a loose jaw.

By yawning a lot,do you mean just after he eats? An excess of yawning or opened mouth breathing can be a sign of URI.
